Singer Rihanna has officially been declared the wealthiest female musician in the world with a net worth of $600 Million (approximately Sh60.6 Billion).
The 31-year-old Barbados born beauty has surpassed industry heavyweights Madonna ($570 million), Celine Dion ($450 Million) and Beyonce ($400 Million).
Born Robyn Rihanna Fenty, she joined the entertainment industry as a musician before becoming a makeup mogul with her world famous brand Fenty.
Most of her fortune comes from her partnership with French luxury products giant LVMH. Last year, Fenty generated an estimated $570 Million after only one year and three months in business.
Her beauty products are famed for catering to women of all shades with over 40 foundation shades.
She is projected by Forbes to become the first black woman in charge of a luxury fashion house as she seeks to open a new clothing house that will make high-end outfits in partnership with LVMH.
