Former Chief Justice Willy Mutunga has faced backlash from Kenyans after he aired his stance on the ongoing revolution in Sudan.
Using #IAmSudan, Mutunga justified the numerous revolutions in Africa, singling out the ongoing one in Sudan.
He said Africans are prone to revolution because they are tired of what he termed poor leadership.
In a rebuttal, Kenyans called him out for his hypocrisy, some calling him a hindrance to the revolution that almost took place in 2013.
Netizens brought up his ruling on the 2013 general elections where he threw out the then opposition outfit CORD’s appeal against Uhuru Kenyatta who had been declared president.
