The CEO of Amazon, Jeff Bezos, has given advice to budding entrepreneurs on what he says will be a determination for their success.
According to Bezos, the young entrepreneurs have to be ready to take big risks and fails.
Bezos added that this has been the best policy at Amazon where the team always has to have an idea that might not work as this will serve as an experiment.
“You have to be willing to take risk. If you have a business idea with no risk, it’s probably already being done,” he said.
Bezos also said entrepreneurs have to be passionate about what they want.
“The customer is your number one priority, ensure everything you do absolutely delights them,” added Jeff.
Bezos gave this message at Amazon’s re:Mars conference on Thursday in Las Vegas. This is after someone asked him what advice he could give to upcoming entrepreneurs.
Amazon was founded by Jeff with only 10 employees in 1995 but is now a great public company making almost $860 billion.
