Former Prime Minister, Raila Odinga on Thursday afternoon paid the Harambee Stars team a visit at their hotel room in Egypt.
Some Kenyans on Twitter were quick to express their displeasure insinuating that he will be the angel of doom.
The 2019 African Cup of Nations (AFCON) will begin on Friday with the host Egypt playing Zimbabwe.
Harambee Stars will play their first game on Sunday from 11pm against Algeria at June 30 Stadium in Cairo. Their second game will be on June 27, 2019 against Tanzania at 11pm. Then on July 1st, they will play against Senegal from 10pm.
This is a milestone for the Kenyan team as the last time they qualified for AFCON was 15 years.
