DHL boss to appear before children’s court over child custody dispute

Country Director of DHL company, Andrew Mutuma, is set to appear before a children’s court on Wednesday at 8:30am over a child custody dispute.

According to his charge sheet, a lady by the name Faith Waithera Watari made an application to the Nairobi Children’s Court for his warrant of arrest.

The CEO of Consumers of Kenya, Lord Abraham Mutai, has reported that the plaintiff is Mutuma’s ex-wife. Mr Mutai adds that the DHL director is accused by his ex-wife of abducting their child.

In addition, Mutuma is accused of failing to obey a court order.

The DHL director got married recently to Amref’s Senior Communications Manager, Elizabeth (Lizz) Ntonjira. They have two kids who are about 11 and seven years old.
