Deputy President William Ruto has warned those leaders who are on a mission of breaking Jubilee party from within.
Ruto said that Jubilee was formed so that it could unite all Kenyans across the country, and not foster selfish ambitions.
“As a party, our focus is on progressive politics and peaceful coexistence among all communities. We must keep at it to achieve shared prosperity and a cohesive society,” said Ruto.
Addressing the residents of Mogotio constituency in Baringo County on Sunday, Ruto said politicians should shun washing the party’s dirty linen in public.
He further said the party’s unity matters than the 2022 politics that most leaders engage in.
The DP said that leaders should not behave as if Jubilee matters are only in the hands of the few.
“Jubilee is not all about William Ruto, Uhuru Kenyatta and a few leaders, Jubilee is all about 10 million Kenyans who want change in the political arena.”
