No space for losers in government, says Kuria

Gatundu South Member of Parliament Moses Kuria has said there is no need of including a presidential loser in government.

Kuria said it will be chaotic to put the winners and losers together because it will rob the legitimate winners, decision-making powers.

He added that Kenya needs both the government and opposition wing being inclusive.

“We cannot continue offering feasts of sacrifice to the evil spirits because we know winners belong to the government while losers belong to the opposition,” said Kuria.

The MP said Francis Muthaura’s proposal that the best loser in the presidential race occupies the office of prime minister waters down the efforts made by the winning side.
