Thirdway Alliance leader Ekuru Aukot who was a presidential aspirant in 2017 is seeking the audience of the police boss over security.
Ekuru Aukot had posted on Twitter on Thursday that people stormed their offices in Lavington that night and shot at one of the party officials.
Aukot told Standard on Friday that he would seek an audience with the Inspector General of Police Hillary Mutiambai. The leader will seek to have his security concerns and that of his colleagues addressed.
The attack comes after the party managed to get 1.2 million signatures required to set in a motion a Bill that seeks to effect major changes such as cutting down MPs by 269.
The Bill also seeks to cut the salaries of the President to half a million and Sh300,000 for MPs.
The party is pushing the Punguza Mizigo initiative to reduce the cost of running the government and ease the burden on taxpayers.
