A Kenyan man, Billy Chemirmir has been accused of killing 19 people in the United States of America.
The man was first arrested in March 2018 over the death of a 91-year-old Dallas woman named Lu Thi Harris. That first arrest prompted police officers to investigate a string of similar deaths that had occurred in Dallas and Collin counties.
He was found to have murdered 5 women from Collin county all from Preston Place Retirement Community. He had posed as a healthcare worker before smothering his victims to death and stealing their jewelry.
He was also found to have murdered 6 women from Dallas county by posing as a home health care worker and maintenance worker to gain access to elderly victims. He’s accused of strangling or smothering the victims to rob them of jewelry, cash and other valuables.
The family of another woman from Dallas, Doris Wasserman, came forward claiming that she had been killed by a serial killer at the Tradition-Prestonwood Assisted Living and Memory Care facility in Dallas Texas.
Google tracking data placed Chemirmir in The Tradition-Prestonwood between 3:05 pm. and 4:31 pm. on Dec. 23, 2017, the lawsuit says. Wasserman died around 3:30 pm., according to the suit.
The police investigated and found 8 more similar murders in the facility bringing Chemirmir’s total murder count to 19 people.
