Why women lose three hours of sleep a night

A study was done by the Bensons for Bed that women lose three hours of sleep every night.

One in three women reported that they wake up every single night, compared to two out of every 10 men.

It was stated that women are not getting enough sleep at night due to their partners’ snoring.

Another reason causing sleeping deprivation among the ladies is waking up in the queer hours to attend to their babies.

Helen Nunn, from Bensons for Beds, said that lack of sleep affects our day-to-day activities and it is clear why women and men have different sleep needs.
