Ezekiel Mutua says Nakuru students were playing video games not watching porn

The Kenya Film and Classification Board (KFCB) CEO Dr Ezekiel Mutua has confirmed that the high school students from Nakuru were not watching pornography in a mall but playing video games.

Fifty seven high school students were detained on July 31, 2019 after they were allegedly busted watching pornographic content.

Three owners of the movie premise in the mall were also arrested and their operation devices confiscated.

Dr Mutua has promised to revoke video licenses of those found showing ‘adult content’ to children.

The KFCB CEO has also asked parents to monitor what their children will be watching over the August holidays.
