You would be astounded at how much getting it off your chest helps as it opens you up to consolation, support, encouragement, and love, making you well on your way to the healing process.
Take a break
Literally take an off from work, your kids, or any other thing that might be a source of your stress.
Go to your parents’ house, on a small road trip or take a day off and sleep. Hitting pause and allowing yourself to slow down is so crucial to your wellness and being as a person. So pause, relax, and refresh as you deal with the issue.
Tough times never last but they sure do suck a whole bunch. It is not easy and can be quite draining. However, you have yourself to take care of hence remain intentional and strong. Get your support system and keep going. Things will get better.
