The Cabinet Secretary Ministry of Tourism and Wildlife has revoked the appointment of Pauline Njoroge as a board member of the Tourism Regulatory Authority.
In a press release, CSNajib Balala stated that he has revoked the appointment thanking Kenyans on social media for unearthing what they did not find while doing their background check on Pauline Njoroge.
“I am revoking Pauline Njoroge’s appointment as a board member of Tourism Regulatory Authority because we have just seen what she had tweeted in the past that Nairobi National Park was useless. We do not want to be associated with such people and such thinking.” The Cabinet Secretary said.
Kenyans on social media complained using #paulinenjoroge sharing some screenshots of her past social media posts to justify that she was not fit for the appointment because of derogatory statements about the Nairobi National Park on her social media timeline.
Pauline Njoroge has been replaced with Najma Ismail
