In the deliberations between the senate standing committee on health with 2 companies of interest which were awarded tenders to supply various COVID-19 equipment, one company by the name Shop and Buy revealed that a month into COVID-19, it secured a multi-billion tender with the Kenya Medical Supplies Authority.
