Sitienei wasn’t the only runner on the road
All details point out to an assassination because Sitienei is not the only resident who runs in the morning on the Lokichoggio-Nadapal Highway.
His body was spotted by a motorist lying on the road. By the time the police rushed to the scene, Sitienei was no more, his body lying in a pool of blood.
