Today is popular comedienne Stella Bunei Koitei alias Jemutai’s birthday… and guess who was the first to wish her a HBD? Prof. Hamo!
“Help me wish this amazing mother the funniest person I’ve ever had the luck to share life with and all-round supper woman a happy birthday,” he says. “Welcome to the third-floor ntakuonyesha watu huka wapi.”
Earlier this week, Herman Gakobo Kago alias Prof Hamo said that he is ready to marry Jemutai, with whom he has sired two children.
In a lengthy question and answer session on Instagram, one of Prof Hamo’s fans posed, “Have you sort out your issues with your baby mama?” The comedian responded: “She’s not my baby mama she’s my wife.”
In another question from fan, Prof Hamo was asked whether he is planning to take Jemutai as his second wife.
“Will you marry Jemutai as a second wife? I believe she’s a beautiful and go getter woman,” the fan asked. The comedian answered, “Yes… We’ve come a long way.”
On May 11, 2021, Hamo and Jemutai were involved in a public spat over the upkeep of their two kids. Jemutai had claimed that Hamo had rejected her and her children and was no longer playing his parental roles. The two were however reconciled by Daniel Ndambuki alias Churchil.
Hamo also issued a public apology to Jemutai, his extended family, and the public after the bust-up.
Jemutai, Prof Hamo’s Odyssey
She got pregnant in 2016 and left the show for sometime. The duo broke up one year later before reconciling in 2019. They started co-habiting in Kitengela. Months after their reunion, the lovebirds sired another child before parting ways again in 2020.
In his defense, Hamo claimed Jemutai was bitter, frustrated. “Sometimes people can get frustrated when they are not able to get everything they wanted especially when unseen challenges arise. I have been a present dad to all my children and will continue to work and take care of them.”
