Have you seen Maureen Musungu? Family of missing Strathmore University student says she disappeared without trace 10 days ago

A family in Karen, Nairobi County, has been living in distress for the last ten days following the disappearance of their daughter.

Maureen Mung’ohe Musungu, a Strathmore University student, was last seen on Friday, May 21, when she went to meet with her friends.

According to Maureen’s brother, his sister did not give the specific location where she was meeting her buddies, neither did she disclose who they were.

“She got late that night and on my way to pick her, her phone went off at around 8.30pm,” Morgan told TV47 Digital on phone.

Maureen, 23, is a Bachelor of Business Information Technology (BBIT) student at the institution. She was supposed to resume her classes this week after a long academic break brought about by financial constraints.

Maureen is five-foot six-inches tall. She was last seen wearing green jeans pants and a black jacket.

The family has since filed a missing person report at the Karen Police Station.
