According to eyewitnesses, the two were reportedly seen leaving the lodging in the evening, and began quarreling over service fee.
The visibly angry woman created chaos after she began shouting at the man and removed his turban. Within minutes, a crowd of people had gathered, prompting the bald headed man to flee the scene.
“I saw them arguing while coming out from the building but the moment the lady started shouting the man ran away, heri ungeona venye kipara ilikua ina-shine akipotea. Tuliona tu vumbi,” one of the eyewitnesses, Joseph Irungu, narrated.
Members of the Akorino religion allegedly condemned the incident, saying that it was a shame to their faith.
Michael Kamau, a member of the religion, said that he was called to the scene to identify the man, but on hearing about what transpired, he said he could not stand it.
“It’s ashaming our church. I even don’t think he is a real Mukurino coz if he was, he couldn’t let go his turban,” Kamau added.
