Police in Iganga District, Eastern Uganda, are holding a man for allegedly taking and exposing photos of naked women in the area to boost his “diminishing” libido.
The suspect, a resident of Nkatu Proper Village, has reportedly been lurking around people’s homes and taking photos of women while bathing.
He then stores them in his phone’s gallery and views them later to allegedly gain appetite for his wife in bed.
Arrested during ogling spree
One of the complainants, Muzamiru Ndoga said the suspect was arrested after several locals raised complaints, that matched the man’s description.
“We have been receiving complaints from our sisters that the suspect has been taking their photos while they are in the bathroom, naked and I arrested him when he had come to do so this time,” Ndoga said.
James Mubi, Busoga East Police Spokesperson, said the suspect would be interrogated on the several photos of naked women in his possession.
“We are tasking the suspect to explain why he continues to expose women whose photos he takes while they are bathing,” Mubi added.
The suspect will be charged with insulting the modesty of a woman.
