DCI questions deceased’s wife
The police boss further revealed that the man had assaulted his partner on Friday night while accusing her of having extra-marital affairs.
He however questioned the sudden turn of events that saw the deceased go missing then found dead. “It is absurd that his body was later found even before any action could be taken over the issues he had raised,” Ochokorodi added.
DCI sleuths have interrogated the deceased’s wife although yet to release a report on their findings.
The man’s body was transferred to Migori County Referral Hospital mortuary, awaiting postmortem on Tuesday.
