North Korea has declared a state of emergency a lockdown in a border town after a person suspected of being infected with coronavirus returned from South Korea. The state declared this after its leader Kim Jon Un held an emergency meeting after state owned media station KCNA  reported the first COVID-19 case on Sunday morning. The infected individual is said to have entered the country illegally through South Korea after defecting three years ago.
